Roger Alan Wade is one of the few "real deals" left in music today. Roger has opened for and
performed with such artists as Steve Earle, Guy Clark, Hank, Jr., Billy Ray Cyrus, The Allman Brothers to name several. With
a heart as big as the state of Tennessee that he hails from, it so often hangs on his sleeve in many of his songs.
A phenom songwriter who can write a tune at the turn of a phrase. Roger's songs have been
recorded by such music greats as: Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Confederate Railroad, Barbara
Mandrell, David Frizzell and so on. Including Hank Williams Jr.s #1 hit "Country State of Mind" .
Rogers latest endeavors have taken him to L.A. where his performance in the greatest movie
ever made should've won him an oscar nod (or at least a nap). Sadly, they passed, but Rogers songs "If you're gonna be dumb"
and "Sometimes I don't know" made it into "Jackass the Movie", "Jackass Number Two" and "Jackass 2.5". You can also hear a
great cut of "Rhinestones in the Ashes" by Roger himself in the movie "Grand Theft Parsons".
